1. This 3-month-old boy was diagnosed with transposition of the great arteries with ventricular septal defect and moderate pulmonary stenosis. Both ventricles were well developed and the functions were satisfactory. The pulmonary annulus was normal in size and pulmonary stenosis was caused by the bicuspid valve.
2. There are several methods to correct this anomaly, including REV, Nikaidoh procedure, modified Nikaidoh and even single ventricular correction.
